The first person I had contact with representing your company was Ms. Thibedeaux and she was very pleasant. Frontline and first impressions are extremely important to me as the voice and attitude of the person I am speaking with tends to flow right through the phone. To Whom It May Concern:

I’ve worked with many good contractors in my life on both commercial and residential jobs. FSR Services was the best without question!

Our home needed major repairs including new roof, siding gutters, two doors, and a long overdue paint job.

Steve was the low bidder for our renovation.

One day after I approved this estimate, his roofers showed up. They worked tirelessly from sunrise to sunset every day and finished the job in three days ahead of schedule (and a month ahead of what other bidders said they could do).

Then the rest of his team showed up and completed the remaining work like a well-oiled machine. They were always courteous, prompt, positive, helpful, clean and fast. Despite the work swirling around us, there was minimal disruption to our lifestyle.

The only surprise I had in dealing with Steve Seibert and FSR Service was that there were no surprises. They did what they said they would do, showed up when they said they would, got the job done, and charged what we agreed on. Within weeks, we felt we were living in a new home. It looked better than the day we first moved in 25 years ago. I was so impressed with the results and the experience that I hired them again to do some work at a office building I own. It was the same story all over again – courteous, prompt, positive, helpful, clean, fast and fair.
